1. Shipping Costs
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed within the United States. There are no minimum order thresholds, no hidden handling charges, and no membership fees required to unlock free shipping.
2. Order Timeline (Handling & Transit Times)
To avoid any ambiguity and set clear expectations, our shipping schedule is structured as follows:
- Order Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday through Friday). This covers quality assurance checks, secure packaging, and hand-off to the postal courier. Orders are not processed on major federal holidays.
- Order Transit / Delivery Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday through Friday). This is the standard duration it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your destination address in the US.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin handling on the subsequent business day.
3. Shipment Tracking and Verification
Every shipment is fully traceable. Within 24-48 hours after your package has been processed and handed to the courier, an automated email containing your unique carrier tracking number (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS) and a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.
4. Delivery Addresses & Restrictions
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We ship to physical addresses, residential homes, businesses, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses across the United States. Vurast is not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address inputs provided by the buyer.

While we make every possible effort to ensure your package arrives within the stated 7-13 business day transit window, unexpected delays may rarely occur due to extreme weather, carrier capacity issues, customs delays, or national emergencies.
