  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No fees will be deducted for processing returns).

4. Return Process Steps

  1. Initiate Request: Email us at support@vurast.shop with your order number, specific item details, and the reason for the return. For damaged items, please attach clear photographic evidence.
  2. Receive Prepaid Label: If your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label along with specific instructions on how and where to drop off your package. Do not mail packages back to the manufacturer or the original shipping address without our prior authorization.
  3. Ship the Package: Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives broken, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vurast.shop. We will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing an immediate full refund at no extra cost to you.
